KADUNA state Government under Gov. El-Rufai’s project plans to spend N4 billion on two million poor citizens. According to the Commissioner planning and budget commission Kaduna, Muhammad Sani Dattijo, the support will be for people from urban and rural areas who have been captured in the State Social Register.
